Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of financial data including financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and valuation to identify client trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, and financial reports.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budget projections, and cash flow analyses to support strategic decision-making by clients.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks relevant to client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and accounting professionals, to provide comprehensive financial advisory services to clients.
• Assist senior advisors in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, and effectively communicate financial concepts and recommendations to clients
• Stay up-to-date on current financial trends, tax laws, and investment products to ensure clients receive the most relevant advice.
• Build strong working relationships with client contacts.
• Assist with other projects as necessary.
