Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years administrative support experience, preferably in a human resources department
- State of Arizona Identity Verified (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
- May require a valid Arizona Driver’s License

About The Role
Why the role exists:
We’re looking for someone who is an active collaborator, highly motivated, visionary and innovative. The HR Associate works under the direction of the HR Supervisor to create a seamless hiring, onboarding and employee experience. HR Associates will build and create strategies that promote TD3’s culture and values and will be an integral member of our Human Resources department.
The HR Associate is the customer service point of contact for employees, schools, enterprises and district leaders for talent management, onboarding, recruitment and other human resources functions. The HR Associates will be a brand ambassador and change agent to ensure alignment to our strategic plan and goals. They will bring excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, flexibility and adaptability, while maintaining the highest standard of integrity.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
Responsibilities
The HR Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to new and existing stakeholders. The HR Associate is the customer service point of contact for employees, schools, enterprises and district leaders for talent management, onboarding, recruitment and other human resources functions. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create a seamless hiring, onboarding and employee experience utilizing HR platforms and district resources.
- Provide pre-employment support to candidates regarding the application process and requirements.
- Process various types of Personnel Action Requests (PARs) in an accurate and timely manner.
- Conduct orientation of new employees and coordinate post-employment paperwork (including benefits, I-9 form, immunization records, badges etc.)
- Supports employees and the general public requiring a knowledge of rules, procedures, policies and activities.
- Process employment verifications, years of services requests.
- Assist employees with benefits questions and the annual open enrollment process.
- Handle queries and concerns via phone and email and provide accurate information efficiently.
- Assist schools and employees with substitute services..
- Prepare and verify records for employee contract distribution.
- Audit personnel information in software systems to ensure data integrity.
- Process, track, and communicate information relating to leave of absence and Family Medical Leave requests.
- Cover front desk duties as assigned.
- Occasional travel to school locations to provide support and conduct training.
- Perform related duties as requested.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive Applications.
- Skill utilizing, maintaining and updating computer software databases.
- Skill establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Skill implementing policies and procedures related to area of assignment.
