Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Administrator specializing in hardware and software to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing IT systems, hardware, and software applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Manage software installations, updates, and licenses across the organization’s network.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and firmware upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by end-users and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability, and implement measures to optimize performance and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for various systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for hardware and software configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT hardware and software.
• Conduct IT asset inventory management and recommend hardware and software upgrades as needed.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to help them effectively utilize IT resources and resolve issues independently.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT administration with a focus on hardware and software management.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware components and peripherals.
